• Any Water Sports activities other than mentioned above 
• Tips, telephone calls, laundry, shopping etc 
• Any games, rides, shows, boating, safari etc other than mentioned above 
• Any optional sightseeing and visits other than mentioned in the itinerary 
• Any travel insurance, RT PCR or medical treatments 
• Transportation to and from Cochin Airport/Railway Station can be arranged on extra cost 
• Anything which is not included in ‘package includes

Payment Terms :  Full payment at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

1.   10% cancellation charge + Rs. 1,000 per person will be charged if the booking is cancelled 30 days before departure of the ship.

2.   25% cancellation charge + Rs. 1,000 per person will be charged if the booking is cancelled between 29th to 7th days before departure of the ship.

3.   No refund if cancelled within 7 days before the departure of the ship.

Refund Policy

• This Ship is operated by Lakshadweep Administration. 100% of the ship package rate will be refunded if the schedule is cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions and/or other unexpected technical faults. No damages/claims will be payable except the above. 

• Travelvava Holiday Planet Tours & Travels is a Travel Agent and have no control on the Ship cancellations / operations. Therefore, no responsibility of damages / claims /loss etc will be taken care by us due to ship cancellation.   Refund will be provided only once we receive the same from shipping company/ Lakshadweep Government.

Note:

• Under water scuba diving is not included. If required, guest can avail at Kavaratti paying Approx. Rs.2,000 per dive at Dolphin dive center of Lakshadweep Tourism. For more details contact water Sports Manager of Paradise hut at Kavaratti Island. MV Kavaratti.
• The ship has cafeteria, snack bars, doctor on call, entertainments and upper-deck promenade.
• Ship facilities include three independent galleys, halls, recreation place with a swimming pool and a helipad.
• While planning your travel itinerary please provide a day at Kochi, both one way to Lakshadweep and on the way back.
• Ship programmes/Itineraries are subject to change without notice due to ships arrival / departure or other unforeseen reasons.
• Documentation  :  Address proof is required in original to check in. Election ID card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License are accepted as address proof.
• Covid vaccination Certificate (2 Doses) is required to be shown on check in at Cochin Port.

Conditions :

• Alcohol is prohibited in Lakshadweep islands and in the ship. 
• Program / Schedule of ship is liable to be changed / cancelled without prior notice. Ships are operated by Lakshadweep Administration. In case of a change in the ship schedule liability of SPORTS is restricted to transporting the tourists back to Cochin by immediate available conveyance of the ship only. 
• Tourists availing LTC may collect LTC certificate from us once the trip is completed. 
  
• Lakshadweep Authorities holds the right to remove the guest/s from the tour program without any notice for misbehavior, unethical actions, consumption of alcohol in the vehicle/ prohibited area etc during this package or his/ her travel with this package may endanger the safety and security of the remaining members. No refund will be provided in such a case and legal action may be taken if necessary. Said guest/s will be responsible for any fines, charges, consequences endorsed by the concerned authorities.

Travelvava.com is not responsible for any circumstances which are beyond their control such as issuance of entry permit to Lakshadweep, delay or cancellation of flights, accidents, natural calamities, war, strikes or any similar unforeseen incidents. Hence we are not liable to meet any expenses thereof. At the same time, all possible assistance shall be provided from their side to overcome the situation.

Above package tour is designed by clubbing the air tickets, hotels, transportation, restaurants etc - to the extent applicable. If any of the above service providers met with an issue, other service providers would not get linked with the same issue. For example, if the flight is cancelled by the airlines, all other booked services such as hotel, transportation, meals etc will be still confirmed and their cancellation or amendment charges shall apply if not used as booked. Amount deposited by the client to Travelvava.com will be refunded in full if we are unable to provide confirmed seats in any unavoidable circumstances. Travelvava.com would not have any liability or loss incurred to the client due to the cancellation other than the refund of the deposited amount with us.
