Payment :  100 percent payment at the time of reservation.   

Cancellation Policy                                                                                                

1.   10 percent cancellation  charge  plus Rs 1,000  per  person  if  the  booking  is  cancelled 30 days before departure of the ship.  

2.   25 percent cancellation charge plus Rs1,000 per  person if  the  booking  is  cancelled between 29th to 7th days before departure of the ship.  

3.   No refund if cancelled within 7 days before the departure of the ship.  

Refund Policy :  This Ship is operated by Lakshadweep Administration - SPORTS.  Program or Schedule of ship is liable to be changed or  cancelled without prior notice.  Full ship package amount will be refunded if the schedule is cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions and/or other unexpected technical faults.  In case of a change in the ship schedule the liability of SPORTS is restricted to transporting the tourists back to Cochin by immediate available conveyance of the ship only.  No damages or claims will be payable except the above.  Travelvava.com is a Travel Operator and have no control on the ship operations or cancellations and, therefore, we shall not be liable for any damages, claims, loss etc due to ship cancellation, rescheduling, etc.  Refund will be provided only once we receive the same from the shipping company. 

Documentation : Address proof is required in original to check in. Election ID card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License are accepted as address proof.  

Conditions :  Consumption of liquor is prohibited in Lakshadweep.

Above package tour is designed by clubbing the air tickets, hotels, transportation, restaurants etc - to the extent applicable. If any of the above service providers met with an issue, other service providers would not get linked with the same issue. For example, if the flight is cancelled by the airlines, all other booked services such as hotel, transportation, meals etc will be still confirmed and their cancellation or amendment charges shall apply if not used as booked. Amount deposited by the client to Travelvava.com will be refunded in full if we are unable to provide confirmed seats in any unavoidable circumstances. Travelvava.com would not have any liability or loss incurred to the client due to the cancellation other than the refund of the deposited amount with us.
